Shipping & Delivery

1. General Information: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location: Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within a specified location. Any shipments other than that are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time: An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

By using the appropriate delivery instruction you can provide your customers with an impeccable service when delivering your product.

Delivery to a specific store
Stories homes can deliver the parcel to a specified location within a state.

Do not place in letter-box; deliver, notify!
Size permitting, parcels are usually placed in the letter-box. If you would like a parcel to be delivered to the front door, you can specify this when you hand it in for mailing.

Notify by phone
Would you like the recipient to be notified by phone in advance of the delivery? Stories homes can see to this for you.

All items together
We only deliver multi-item consignments to the recipient once all the parcels have arrived.

Do not deliver to mailbox or neighbour: do not leave anywhere
This delivery instruction ensures that your consignments are delivered only to the people who are entitled to accept them at the address given.

Online Cancellation Policy
Order already sent for depatching area, customers can be cancel order within 30 mintues.

5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Returns & Replacements

Option 1 – No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +91 8589065666 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Option 2 – Refunds Permitted: We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 10 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Stories homes reserve the right to refuse any order. Catalog pricing cannot be guaranteed as prices are subject to change based upon manufacturer price increases and market changes. We will not be responsible for errors in printing that lead to incorrect pricing.

Stories homes are constantly improving our customer's internet shopping experience. We often modify our website and modify settings on our server to improve and speed up your shopping experience. As such, sometimes these changes will lead to erroneous information about availability, color, sizing, prices, etc. being posted on our website incorrectly for a short period of time. Stories homes will not honor orders placed with incorrect information in regards to sizing, availability, pricing, etc.

Credit Cards & Debit Cards

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Simply follow the checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. We only accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. This transaction will be processed just like a credit card.

Declined Payments

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your card will not be charged, and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card-issuing bank removes the authorization. This usually happens within 2-5 business days. Your card may be declined for the following reasons:

1.   General decline - This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Contact your card-issuing bank for further details.

2.   AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch - The billing address you entered during checkout does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.

3.   Card code mismatch - The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card, or front for AMEX, does not match what was entered during checkout.

Sales Tax
We are required by state law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Kerala.

Price Variation
Order will not be process during March 31st  between 18:00 ~ 24:00  every year due to price updation.        


Viewing Orders

Click the Account link visible at the top of every page. Under Registered Customers follow the prompts to login to your account. From the Account Information dashboard click My Orders on the left hand side menu to view your orders. Click view order for more information or to track the shipment.

Updating Account Information

You can update your online account profile information anytime, just log into the

Updates to your online account profile are effective immediately.
